Profile

Vito DiSumma is the owner of DSM Property Services Inc. He is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) and a Certified Thermographer. Vito is also a member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI), the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the governing bodies of the Home Inspection Industry. Part of this membership includes the requirement to stay current with training and knowledge of current construction and inspection practices.

Vito has always been very interested in construction and the various systems and components of a home. You can often find him wandering the aisles at Rona or Home Depot checking out the new products. This interest, coupled with 25 + years of hands-on experience in construction, has lead him to a career in Home Inspection.

In 2004, he started DSM Property Services Inc. to serve clients throughout the GTA and it has been growing ever since. He currently mentors individuals looking to enter the Home Inspection field.

Our goal at DSM Property Services is to provide all of our clients with high quality, professional, thorough and timely home inspection services. Vito's background and continuous training enables him to achieve this goal.
